Preserve the original specification
Keep product identity, lot information where supplied, purchase date and handling directions. A shelf label should identify the actual roll, not only its width.
Avoid unsupported longevity promises
Receipt-image retention depends on paper and conditions. We have not aged samples, exposed them to heat or measured fading. Do not turn a supplier’s general statement into a guaranteed archival period for your records.
Choose stock volume with uncertainty in mind
A large case may lower length cost while increasing the amount held. Consider suitable space and your own consumption before ordering multiple cases. Our stock tool is arithmetic, not a paper-condition assessment.
Before you decide
- Keep SKU traceability
- Use actual storage directions
- Do not invent image-retention years
