Separate connectivity from paper fit
USB, Ethernet or wireless options describe interfaces, not the roll’s physical compatibility. A successful device connection does not confirm paper width, thickness, winding or core.
Build a repeatable reorder note
Store the full printer model, configured paper format, selected paper SKU and supplier confirmation. That record is more useful than a generic list of brands a retailer says a roll may fit.
